What is it?
When I first came to live in Somerset from London I went to The Royal Bath and West Show. I never knew there were so many varieties of pig around. One of my favourite breeds which I have drawn here is the British Saddleback. I am reliably informed that it is an amalgamation of the Essex and Wessex Saddleback pigs, and came to prominence in about 1840.
I have drawn him in pig heaven, decimating a vegetable patch.
The pencil study is 20cm x 25cm, signed and mounted on acid free card.
I send out my newsletter when I feel I have got something to say which is of genuine interest, usually once or twice a month. Included in each newsletter is one free drawing or Giclee print give-away. The winner is selected at random from those who express an interest in the drawing.
The newsletter will be sent out on the 4th June 2015. I look forward to your sign up.
