Who are they?
I worked on a painting recently in Lyme Regis, Dorset and as part of the work I drew a few of the holiday makers on the beach. These two chaps were sunning themselves to a brilliant pink in the long, hot afternoon.
I liked the way that they didn’t really have ‘beachwear’ per se, they simply adapted the clothes they wore to work.
The pencil study is 25cm x 15cm, signed and mounted on acid free card.
I send out my newsletter when I feel I have got something to say which is of genuine interest, usually once or twice a month. Included in each newsletter is one free drawing or Giclee print give-away. The winner is selected at random from those who express an interest in the drawing.
