Greetings Card – A painting of a steam train at The East Somerset Railway

The East Somerset Railway is only a few miles from where I live, and I enjoy visiting occasionally to see the engines puff up and down. Wonderfully majestic they are too.

I have never painted a train before, so I thought i’d give it a go. I discovered this fine blue example in a siding. It was begging to be painted.
