A bit about The Onion Garden
I visited the Onion Garden in Victoria, London, several times over the years. It was a lovely, restful place amid the mayhem of one of the world’s busiest cities. Never one to miss an opportunity to paint, I sat and created this small watercolour as a fond reminder of those visits.
Sadly, this wonderful project is currently on pause after the tenancy was terminated at short notice. As of May, Jens, the founder of The Onion Garden, has been looking for a new home where it can be established once again. So, all is not lost, and the dream can continue.

Calling all Onions! We need your help!
In our quest to #keeponiongardengrowing we’re looking for a new home, so we can keep on spreading love, laughter and life.
The sort of space we are looking for is: in London, with enough room for the garden with an existing, or potential to create, an indoor space for our community events. The old garden was all in pots, so as much as we love mud, it’s not essential.
