A painting of St George in the East church in Shadwell, London

St George in the East church in Shadwell, London. Designed by Nicholas Hawksmoor and built from 1714 to 1729. Of course its greatest moment being that It appeared in the 1980 film The Long Good Friday with Bob Hoskins. I was looking at an angle to paint it and this view over the top of these hoardings seemed perfect for the grim day.
