The original painting of a view of a hay field in summeris 15.5cm x 15.5cm and will be posted in a tube.

Stoodly Lane at Redlake near Pilton, Somerset. I passed this field in the car when the hay had just been cut in neat lines.

I returned the next day to paint it and it had already been bailed into rolls which made a better painting. Now, a short time later its full of sheep munching the stalks. The fields are always busy.
