In this blog I am going to talk about my exhibition from the 14th of April to the 16th of June 2023 at The Crown pub in Pilton, Somerset. Pilton is also the place that I’m fortunate enough to call home so I didn’t have to travel far with my paintings for a change.
See the video below
What is in the exhibition?
I am showcasing several paintings I produced over the past few years. The paintings depict locations from London, Pilton (or thereabouts), and New York, hence the exhibition title!
The paintings were produced at different sizes, some being small and easy to hang while others are larger and more challenging to display. Once all the drills and screws have been put away, I found these combinations worked together well – my gamble paid off!
My rather modest one-man show was now ready for the public. Shortly after I finished the hang, some people actually turned-up and I have to say, I was much relieved as they all seemed rather keen on what they saw.

Anyway, if you do find yourself in Pilton, Somerset, pop into the crown. It’s a lovely pub. In fact, it’s a bit of an artwork in itself. Everywhere you look there seems to be something interesting. My modest one-man show is located at the rear of the pub and upstairs in the main function room gallery.
Anyway, that’s all from me for now. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on my exhibition should you care to visit.
